JWT Shanghai is looking for a Group Account Director focus on local famous FMCG/Internet categories.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Single point of accountability within agency for a multiple set of client relationships

-Develop and cultivate relationships with Clients at the most senior levels

-Understand the unique opportunities and challenges of the markets in which the clients under management operate

- Stay abreast of trends in the digitally/IMC enabled world and how they affect clients’ business and marketing initiatives

-Responsible for growing and developing the account services team

-Responsible for driving business development

-Develop case studies on clients’ business

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE：

- Bachelor’s degree above in marketing, communications, or other relevant graduate degree is an advantage

- Must have at least 10 years of marketing experience in an agency, advertising, marketing organization or online businesses

- Experienced with multiple campaign from business development to final delivery

- An entrepreneurial, analytical and positive mind-set

- A personable and professional approach

-Handled large-scale projects and work with multiple stakeholders

-Bilingual in Mandarin and English
