2025年4月2日，元鼎智能宣布顺利完成新一轮融资，本轮融资由全球泳池行业巨头Fluidra进行战略投资，云启资本作为新晋投资方加入，XVC、复星锐正、蜂巧资本等老股东持续增持，募集资金合计近10亿元人民币。

On April 2, 2025, Aiper Intelligent (“ Aiper ”) announced that it has successfully completed a new round of financing, raising nearly RMB 1 billion. Fluidra, a global leader in professional and retail pool cleaning solutions, participated as a strategic investor. Additionally, Yunqi Capital joined as a new investor, while existing shareholders, including XVC, Fosun RZ Capital, and Borchid Capital, further increased their stakes.
