本届儿童剧专业平台关注的主题从前两年的儿童剧节目策划、观众拓展,延伸到了
儿童节目的艺术教育
。如何以节目内容为核心开发配套的艺术教育活动,扩展演出的内容呈现,延长、丰富观众的体验,使其充分理解节目内涵,是儿童剧演出中非常重要的一个环节。本次活动将深入探讨以节目为核心的艺术教育的意义、方式、手段及相关话题,结合当下的生动案例,展示如何拓展与衍生舞台演出的外延,希望对蓬勃增长的儿童剧行业的健康发展有所启发。

This year’s ChinaSPAF Theatre for Young Audiences Programme (TYA) shifts its focus from programming and audience development to
arts education
. Developing effective and appropriate content for children’s performances is essential. This forum will focus on such educational content development for children’s performances. How can we create education activities imbedded in performance, expanding and enriching our young audiences’ experience? How can we enable deeper understanding of the performances? This half-day event will explore relevant topics of performance-based arts education in conjunction with successful case histories from the Young Audiences field.

保罗·菲茨帕特里克担任英国爱丁堡国际儿童艺术节总裁,艺术节组织位于苏格兰,致力于推广、发展和庆祝儿童和青少年观众的表演艺术盛会。艺术节通过整合各种节目、创作孵化、创意学习和观众拓展项目来实现艺术节的使命,使之成为世界闻名的属于儿童和青少年的戏剧与舞蹈艺术盛会。艺术节每年呈现独特的高品质的苏格兰和国际演出,受众达到10000多人,包括儿童和青少年、老师和家庭。爱丁堡国际儿童艺术节已经成为世界各地儿童演出策划者挑选节目的重要来源。
保罗拥有出色的管理、财务和集资能力,并且对苏格兰、英国乃至国际儿童表演艺术领域的认识广博。他本科在苏格兰皇家音乐学院学习戏剧;研究生毕业于格拉斯哥大学,获得戏剧学硕士学位。在加入英国爱丁堡国际儿童艺术节之前,2002年到2015年,他担任转轮剧团的制作人和联合执行总裁。1997年到2002年他成为成品制作和绍娜莱皮木偶剧团的制作人。
Paul Fitzpatrick is Chief Executive of Imaginate, a unique organization in Scotland, promoting, developing and celebrating the performing arts for children and young people. Imaginate achieves this through the delivery of an integrated programme of performance, art form development, creative learning and audience development projects, including the world famous Edinburgh International Children’s Festival, Scotland’s international festival of theatre and dance for children and young people.
Every year, the Imaginate Festival presents high quality, distinctive Scottish and international performances to around 10,000 children and young people, their teachers, families and carers and has established itself as one of the best places for programmers from all over the world to see children and young people’s work of the very highest standard.
With excellent managerial, financial, governance, fundraising and HR skills, Paul has extensive knowledge of the children’s theatre sector as well as the performing arts in Scotland, the UK and beyond. Paul has a BA in Dramatic studies from Royal Scottish Academy of Music, an MPhil in Dramaturgy from the University of Glasgow and is a Clore Fellow. Prior to joining Imaginate, he was Producer and joint CEO at Catherine Wheels Theatre Company (2002 to 2015) and from 1997 – 2002 he was producer at Complete Productions and Shona Reppe Puppets.
梁晓霞 / Christine Liang
上海儿童艺术剧场总经理
General Manager, Shanghai Children’s Art Theatre
梁晓霞曾先后担任上海电视台和东方电视台大型综艺节目的编导,于1996年创办儿童电视节目《欢乐蹦蹦跳》,并担任该节目制片人近10年。之后,她曾先后担任上海音乐厅文化传播中心副总经理、北京水晶石数字科技有限公司上海分公司副总经理、梦响强音文化传播(上海)有限公司副总经理的职务。
2014年起至今,梁晓霞出任中国福利会旗下的上海儿童艺术剧场总经理。剧场率先在国内推行儿童剧年龄分级;不断引进推广中外高品质儿童剧;与国际上各大儿童艺术节和演艺机构建立了长期合作关系;自2015年推出了弘扬中华传统戏曲文化的《宝贝,来看戏!》、《宝贝爱中华》系列演出;2017年开始,致力于推广特殊儿童戏剧的公益演出。
Christine Liang, with 25 years of experience in media, television program production and theatre management, was the creator and producer of The Happy Jump, the most acclaimed children’s talk show in China (1992-2005).
Christine begins her journey in Shanghai Children’s Art Theatre as General Manager since 2014. Domestically, she takes the lead in age stratification in children’s drama and theatre. And internationally, she not only contributes fundamentally in importing and promoting outstanding overseas children’s theatre shows to China, but also has established solid collaboration with the major international children’s art festivals and theatre companies in a long run. Since 2015, she has led Shanghai Children’s Art Theatre launching its Chinese opera series Baby Loves Chinese Opera, Baby Loves Chinese Culture, which has won great reputation and honors in promoting traditional Chinese operas and culture. Since 2017, SHCAT begins to further its dedication to promoting public theatre performances created for children with special needs.

新加坡滨海艺术中心节目监制
Producer, Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay
林燕玲2010年在新加坡国家艺术理事会的资助下毕业于伦敦大学城市学院,获得了文化政策与管理硕士学位。过去12年她在新加坡、香港、伦敦和首尔的艺术组织里实习和工作,其中她在新加坡国家艺术理事会担任艺术行政工作四年,实施旨在促进传统艺术在新加坡发展的政策和倡议。
作为新加坡滨海艺术中心节目监制林燕玲热衷于推广具有社会参与性的节目,并为儿童和青少年制作具有影响力与意义的节目。她领导了“喂饱你的想象力”系列为学校准备的通过传授艺术知识和激发思想的教育项目。自2015年起,她加入策划和设计滨海艺术中心儿童与家庭艺术空间“游戏盒子”的团队,该空间于2016年2月开张。目前她领导着“缤纷十月!”滨海艺术中心的儿童节,每年呈现100多个节目、工作坊和一系列自由的表演与活动。
Rachel graduated from City, University of London with a MA in Culture, Policy and Management in 2010 under the support of the NAC Arts Bursary (Overseas). Over the past 12 years, Rachel has interned and worked professionally with arts organizations in Singapore, Hong Kong, London and Seoul, and was also an arts administrator at National Arts Council for four years implementing policies and initiatives for the development of the traditional arts sector in Singapore.
A Producer at Esplanade, Rachel is keen on socially-engaged and participatory arts and focuses on programming and producing impactful and meaningful programmes for children and youths. She has led the Feed Your Imagination (F.Y.I), a programme series for schools which aims to educate by imparting knowledge about the arts and provoking thought, since 2015 and was also part of the project team that planned and conceptualized the design and programmes of PIP’s PLAYbox, a dedicated arts space for children and families at Esplanade which opened in February 2016. Currently, Rachel leads Octoburst!, Esplanade’s children festival which presents more than 100 productions, workshops and a range of free performances and activities annually.

日本冲绳国际儿童青少年戏剧节制作人

下山久自1980年代起便制作了许多与冲绳相关的节目和国际联合制作的作品。2005年,作为制作人和艺术总监他推出了日本冲绳国际儿童青少年戏剧节,该艺术节每年举行,呈现世界各地最高品质的儿童和青少年节目。艺术节致力于连接儿童表演艺术领域的从业者,通过社交活动和在驻项目,将亚洲的儿童表演艺术家和专业人员连接在一起。2016年,日本冲绳国际儿童青少年戏剧节一周内呈现了30个节目。
下山久还是冲绳艺术社区组织的总监,日本儿童和青少年戏剧协会以及日本表演艺术基金会的执行委员。他被委任为第20届国际儿童青少年戏剧联盟(ASSITEJ)大会的艺术总监兼制作人,该大会将于2020年在东京举办。
Hisashi has produced a number of Okinawa-related productions and international collaborative productions since the 1980’s. In 2005, he launched the International Theater Festival OKINAWA for Young Audiences in Okinawa with him as the producer and artistic director and the festival has taken place every year since to present the best productions for children and young people from the world. The festival aims to connect practitioners of theatre for young audiences and has organized several networking and residency programmes to bring Asian TYA artists and professionals together. In 2016, ricca ricca*festa presented 30 productions over a week.
Hisashi is also the director of ACO Okinawa, an executive committee member of the Japan Association of Theatre for Children and Young People and also the Japan Performing Arts Foundation. He has been appointed to the Artistic Director and Producer of the 20th ASSITEJ World Congress 2020 in Tokyo.

王威自1993年开始从事剧场管理和演出营销工作,曾先后在北京音乐厅、中国唱片总公司担任高级管理职务,自2007年开始组建并领导国家大剧院市场营销团队,2016年后担任国家大剧院演出部部长。2015年兼任发展部部长,负责大剧院的赞助筹资工作。
自担任演出部长以来,王威组织实施了2016年秋季至2019年秋季演出季,年均400余个项目,600余场演出。并正在领导完成2020年大剧院演出项目的引进策划工作。带领演出部进一步巩固了五月音乐节、八月合唱节、国际戏剧季和舞蹈节等重点演出板块的品牌影响力。同时黄梅戏艺术周、越剧艺术周、中国当代著名导演作品邀请展等系列演出水平和口碑也不断提升。他目前还担任全国演艺企业经营管理人才培训班、文化部剧院运营管理(高级)培训班讲师,入选北京市宣传文化系统“四个一批”人才,北京演出协会理事。
Mr. Wang Wei started his career of theater management and arts marketing since 1993. He was appointed as senior manager in Beijing Concert Hall and China Record Corporation successively. He established and led the marketing team of National Center for the Performing Arts since 2007; his position is the head of programming department since 2016.
He also acts as the director of development department for NCPA fund raising and sponsor services. Leading the team, the NCPA strategic partnership with Mercedes-Benz, Bank of China and Hainan Airlines Group have been firmly sustained and well developed. In addition, the renowned Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, Union Pay and Taikang Financial Group have been developed for performing arts sponsors.

30 Elephants under the Umbrella
uses the story of a community of several elephants as a metaphor human society. This production describes the rich and complex feelings of a mother at the moment of giving birth, the impossible dreams of a teenager, and the blues and solitude of an old elephant who has lost her partner. Dance, physical theater, and music are combined in this intimate story in which voices serve as a sound track. It is a rich production meant to entertain, but also to touch, adults and children.

Shanghai Children’s Art Theatre has brought a series of traditional Chinese operas to very young audiences since 2016. Each year, four plays are staged, combined with exhibitions and workshops. This series immerse children in the charm of Chinese opera, igniting their interest in Chinese traditional performing arts.
