而丢掉了愉悦的心情,
也不要因为一点小事
扰乱了自己生活的步调,
更不要因为一点小事
损害了健康。
乐观的人总能看到
生活中好的一面,
从不消极埋怨,
从容面对一切问题。
生活是自己创造的,
心情是自己营造的。

We need to learn to manage ourmoods, and do
our best to keep our thoughts going in a positive direction. Whenencountering
difficult situations, many people will complain and becomeagitated; the result
of this is that because they do not have a hold on theiremotions, simple things
become complicated and complicated things become moredifficult to handle.
During difficult situations it is imperative tocontrol emotions and be
cool-headed. Thinking positively will broadenyour perspective, and negative
thinking will make it narrower.
