要想激活水中的鱼,就要让水快速流动,就要打破平衡;要想提高人的积极性,就要尊重人才,尊重劳动,尊重能力,尊重技术,尊重创新,尊重价值.
“基于医改与员工发展的岗位绩效管理新模式”是建立以岗位工作数量、病种难易程度、成本控制、安全质量、专科特色、医保费用控制、患者满意度、临床科研教学为主的综合绩效考核,使医护人员从单纯注重收入转变为注重工作质量和服务效率,实现医院经济效益和社会效益双丰收.
绩效改革的目的绝不是简单的“分蛋糕”,而是通过“分蛋糕”,使得医院今后的“蛋糕”做的更大.要想分到更多的蛋糕,唯一的办法是把这个蛋糕做大,而不是去抢一块小蛋糕.
“基于医改与员工发展的岗位绩效管理新模式”可以帮助医院管理层形成一种严密和具备科学特征的战略思维模式,促进医院各个部门和临床科室参与绩效管理的氛围,使每个临床科室及医护人员实现自我检查、自我完善、自我提升、自我发展,养成一种与医院同步发展的行为模式,从而形成医院所独有的可持续竞争优势的绩效文化.让全院职工目标明确、获益明确、过程公开透明、全员参与.
