2024年10月，万豪国际集团任命Frank Wang王文龙先生出任西安W酒店总经理，他将全面负责酒店各项管理工作及日常运营。王文龙先生拥有逾18年的国际酒店从业经历具备丰富得营运及管理经验。曾先后任职于凯悦酒店集团及万豪国际集团，职业履历遍布北京、香港、重庆、成都、深圳和西安。
王文龙先生曾在2018年任职饮食部总监并成功参与西安W酒店得筹备开业及酒店运营，2020年短暂离开并参与筹备深圳安达仕酒店顺利开业后，于 2021年底回归西安W酒店任职于运营总监，并不断获得职业发展晋升至酒店经理和代理总经理一职至今。

Marriott International has announced the appointment of Mr. Frank Wang as the General Manager of W XI’AN, effective from October,2024. He will be fully in charge of hotel management and daily operations. Frank has 18 years of management experience in Hyatt and Marriott International, with professional experience in Beijing, Hong Kong, Chongqing, Chengdu, Shenzhen and Xi’an.
Frank served as Director of Beverage and Food in 2018 and was involved in the preparation for the opening of W Xi'an and its operations. After a short break in 2020 to prepare for the opening of Andaz Shenzhen Bay, he returned to W Xi'an at the end of 2021 as Director of Operations and has continued to grow in his career as Hotel Manager and Acting General Manager to date.
As someone who personally embodies the “W” way of living, Frank said of his new role, “I am passionate about the W brand culture, which emphasizes ‘Ignite curiosity. Expand Worlds’. In my life, I love to ride my motorbike to explore new cuisines and trends in the city, and find new inspiration from different perspectives!” Frank believes that W XI’AN not only conveys the significant brand personality, but also should better integrate the ultimate W luxury experience into the ancient city. 林世刚于2024年9月1日正式任命为林芝华发智选假日酒店总经理。林世刚于2024年2月份加入林芝华发智选假日酒店担任运营总监一职，负责全面管理酒店。
在此之前林世刚曾任职多个品牌酒店重要岗位，如：洲际、安缦、万达、恒大、温德姆等，客房出身的他在酒店业20余年，曾参与过酒店筹备、运营管理等工作，也积累了丰富的酒店管理经验，在宾客满意度提升方面颇有见地、也在以往工作业绩中表现突出，希望在林芝华发智选酒店继续发光发热、再创佳绩。
Leon Lin was appointed as the General Manager of Holiday Inn Express LinZhi Airport on September 1, 2024. Leon Lin joined Holiday Inn Express LinZhi in February 2024 as the Director of Operations, responsible for the overall management of the hotel important posts.
