岗位职责:
1、拟订项目主体产品及营销策划报告,具有独立撰写项目定位报告、项目营销执行报告等策划报告的能力;
2、熟悉项目各阶段的策划工作流程,包括价格策略、推广策略、定位策略;
3、负责与相关外联公司进行对接、沟通、协调;
4、负责市场调研和产品分析。
任职资格:
1、本科以上学历,工程、管理、营销相关专业;
2、3年以上房地产营销策划工作经验,能独立操作项目全程的营销策划;
3、性格开朗,善于和别人沟通,逻辑思维强。
