周林律师在基金设立及资产管理相关的业务领域有逾八年的经验，主要从事人民币基金设立及运营方面的法律业务，其中包括VC基金、PE基金、并购基金、影视娱乐基金、体育基金、基础设施基金、母基金以及其他类型的投资基金。周律师亦代表各类有限合伙人（如保险机构、政府引导基金、母基金等）就投资基金提供法律服务。此外，周律师在私募基金项目投资、公司融资、公司日常业务方面也有丰富的经验。在加入汉坤之前，周律师曾在其他两家知名境内律师事务所工作。
With over eight years’ experience in fund formation and asset management-related practice, Ms. Zhou focuses on the formation and operation of various types of RMB funds, including venture capital funds, private equity funds, M&A funds, film and entertainment funds, sports funds, infrastructure funds and funds of funds. Ms. Zhou is also experienced in representing LPs of various types (including insurance companies, government guidance funds, and funds of funds) in their investments in funds. In addition, Ms. Zhou is experienced in private fund investments, corporate financings and general corporate matters. Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhou worked at two leading law firms in China.
