The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing is seeking a qualified visa assistant :

Position type: Full-time.

Start-up date: March – April 2025

Main Duties:

· Undertake visa related work.

· Respond to and resolve routine telephone and emails enquiries.

· Verifications of documents and write verification reports.

· To be flexible and to be capable to work in a small team.

· Provide general administrative support- translate documents, undertake interpreting and back up as required.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a university.

· Fluent command of written and spoken Chinese (native) and English .

· Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel.

· Previous visa related experience from relevant positions at other Diplomatic Missions or External Service Providers is preferred.

Starting Salary:

The gross salary for the position is approximately 9 500 – 11 000 RMB per month, based on the candidates' experience.

The employment contract will be arranged through the DSB.
